An international program, ALL In connects youth with their communities, builds critical skills, and provides a safe space for dialogue on issues of cultural identity. Young people work in facilitated groups to select a problem, develop a social justice project, and collaborate with community organizations and others to implement solutions.

James Williams is the Director of Postsecondary Success and Strategic Partnerships. He leads college, career, and alumni programming for the Network, supporting affiliate capacity in these areas, and managing partnerships with universities, intern placements, and peer organizations.
Four teams from across the Network recently participated in the spring session of ALL In. This year’s scholars chose to focus on issues directly affecting their communities and peers. The Arizona and New Orleans scholars’ projects centered around homelessness. The Colorado affiliate had two teams participate. The Aurora Central High School team created a social media campaign that focuses on issues affecting teenagers. Regis Jesuit scholars created an interactive game where students simulate living paycheck to paycheck.
At the end of the journey, the teams shared their ALL In journey via the Capstone Presentations. The video presentations were an opportunity for the scholars to share, celebrate, and learn about everyone’s experience.
Since ALL In began in the summer of 2020, hundreds of young people from the Network and community partners have participated.
