Jenna King joined Edward Jones in 2015, and has a total of 8 years of experience recruiting and using LinkedIn. She is responsible for attracting and selecting diverse talent across North America, in both the US and Canada. She earned her Diversity Recruiter certification, participates in the adaptAbilities Business Resource Group, and partnered with them to start the first Edward Jones Autism Speaks walk team.   

The pandemic couldn’t stop Jenna from marrying her king in June! She has 2 daughters who are active in gymnastics and soccer, and is welcoming a baby girl in November! Jenna has a passion for developing future leaders as a Volunteer and Leader for her daughters’ Girl Scout troops. She is an animal lover with 2 rescue dogs, and fosters through the Animal Protective Associate (APA).

Lori Chartrand brought her lifelong passion for recruiting when she joined Edward Jones in 2012.  Her nearly 15 years in talent acquisition has developed her for leading a department focused on hiring systems, sourcing strategies, marketing, analytics and floating resource support.

Throughout her career, Lori has advanced her skills to support inclusion and diversity as a Certified Diversity Recruiter, an active member of both the LGBT+ and African American Business Resource Groups, along with leading initiatives with the Branch Development Inclusion & Diversity Committee.

When not at work, Lori and her partner of 13 years enjoy hosting family and friends, watching her nephew’s football games and piano recitals, snuggling with their four rescue fur-babies, and exploring the local craft brew and restaurant scene in the Greater St. Louis area.
